Two bodies found in Alexandria high-rise

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Alexandria Police are investigating a murder after two bodies were found in an apartment building Sunday morning.Police have identified the victims as 27-year-old Seble G. Tessema and her 3-year-old daughter.
Police are searching for 34-year-old Simon Bahta Asfeha. Asefha had a prior relationship with Tessema and is the father of the child.
Asefha may be driving a silver Acura with the Virginia tag XKS-1522.
Alexandria City Police say the murder is domestic in nature. Neighbors called police after hearing a scuffle in the apartment.
The bodies were discovered around 10 a.m. in a high-rise apartment complex on 300 block of South Reynolds Street in Alexandria's west end.
Police are investigating the deaths as a double homicide, not a murder-suicide.
