Man found guilty of numerous crimes against a child

Topeka — A Shawnee County jury has found a Texas man guilty on numerous counts of crimes against a child.

41 year old Ralf Moises Mondonedo was found guilty of one count of rape, six counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy with a child, one count of attempted aggravated incest, and battery.

Mondonedo was charged last March, for incidents that occurred between February and November of 2008. Sentencing is set for January 14th.
